As CBO, Jen Chadwick leads strategy, partnering and supports all other areas of the company. She brings 20+ years of experience in biotech/pharma and life sciences and is recognized for her expertise in analytical development and formulation of complex therapeutic products, including ADCs/conjugates and gene/cell therapies. Jen has built and led teams in drug discovery, translational research, and the development of therapeutics, particularly in oncology and immunology, and set strategy for development of novel modalities. She formerly served as CSO of ProtaGene and Professor of Pharmaceutical Chemistry, University of Kansas.
